Ingredients:
Crust
1/3 c unsweetened cocoa powder
1 stick butter (melted)
1/3 c powdered sugar
1-1/2 c crushed Nilla Wafers
Pie Filling
14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
2 Eggs
8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted)
Directions:
For the Crust:
Add the Nilla Wafers inside a large resealable bag. Seal and crush the wafers.
Transfer the crushed wafers into a mixing bowl as well as the powdered sugar and cocoa. Whisk until well combined.
Add the melted butter, then use an electric mixer to whisk until well combined.
Apply cooking spray in a 9-inch pie pan.
Transfer the mixture into the prepared pie pan and press it evenly.
For the Pie Filling:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese. Beat until it looks creamy.
Pour in the sweetened condensed milk, then beat until well blended.
Add the chocolate chips into a heat-proof bowl, then place them inside the microwave. Heat until the chocolate chips are melted.
Transfer the melted chocolate into the bowl with the cream cheese mixture. Stir until well mixed.
Add the vanilla extract and eggs, then beat until well combined.
Transfer the mixture into the prepared pie crust and spread it evenly.
Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until done.
Remove from the oven and allow it to cook completely at room temperature.

Note:
Feel free to use semi-sweet chocolate chips for this recipe.
