Ingredients:
1 8 oz. of can refrigerated crescent rolls
1 c sour cream
2 lb. of ground beef ground turkey or chicken can be used as well
1 c thawed frozen corn or canned corn drained
1 c grated cheddar cheese
2 1 oz. packages of Taco Seasoning
Directions:
1. Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
2. To make the crust, unroll the crescent rolls to the bottom of a pie plate. Make sure to seal the sides.
3. Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
4. Add the ground beef, then cook until crumbly and brown. Discard any excess grease.
5. Add the taco seasoning and stir until well combined.
6. Transfer the mixture into the pie plate over the prepared crust and spread it evenly.
7. Add the corn, sour cream, and cheese on top of the meat mixture.
8. Pull the sides of the crust towards the filling.
9. Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until the sides turn brown.
10. Remove from the oven and let it sit at room temperature to cool for a few minutes, then slice into even pieces.
11. Serve warm with crisp green salad and salsa. Enjoy!
