Texas Cobbler

Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 40 mins | Total Time: 50 mins | Yield: 15 Servings

This savoury filled cobbler will surely be the highlight of your day! I love how all the ingredients complement each other to make such an amazing treat! Oh, man, this recipe is a must-try! My kids could not get enough of this amazing cobbler. They always tell me to cook this for them. Who am I to say no to their cute eyes, right? Anyway, feel free to add more ingredients if you wish. I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you need to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! Have a blessed day, friends. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

2 sticks unsalted butter melted (1 cup)
1 box yellow cake mix I use the butter recipe cake mixes
1 large can crush pineapple with juice
1 can Lucky leaf cherry pie filling
1 can Lucky Leaf blueberry pie filling
1 c coconut
1 c sliced almonds

Directions:

Step 1: Apply cooking spray in a 13×9-inch baking pan.

Step 2: Spread the pie fillings and crushed pineapple on the bottom of the prepared baking pan. Stir until well mixed.

Step 3: Sprinkle the almonds and coconut on top of the fillings.

Step 4: Spread the dry yellow cake mix and make sure to cover everything.

Step 5: Drizzle the butter on top of the cake mix.

Step 6: Prepared the oven and preheat to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C.

Step 7: Place the baking pan inside the preheated oven and bake for about 35 to 40 minutes or until done.

Step 8: Remove from the oven and let the cobbler sit on a wire rack to cool at room temperature.

Step 9: Top with ice cream or cool whip.

Step 10: Serve and enjoy!

Note:

Baking time will vary depending on the oven you use.
