Ingredients:
2 tbsp butter
6 large cloves garlic, minced
3 (10-ounces) bags frozen chopped spinach
1 c heavy cream
1 medium yellow onion, diced
1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
1 c shredded mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper, to taste
4 ounces cream cheese
Directions:
1. Refer to the directions provided on the package of the spinach on how to cook it.
2. Place the spinach onto a towel, then squeeze to discard excess liquid.
3. Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
4. Add butter and allow it to melt.
5. Add the onion and sauté until soft.
6. Add the garlic and sauté until aromatic.
7. Add the cream cheese, then stir and cook until melted completely.
8. Add the heavy cream, then stir and cook for about 2 minutes.
9. Add the Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, pepper, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
10. Add the spinach and toss until well combined. Cook for another minute.
11. Serve hot and enjoy!
Note:
Place any leftovers in an airtight container, then place them inside the fridge or the freezer.
