I will never get tired of recommending this awesome recipe to my friends! You have not tasted the best steak if you have not tried this amazing marinade! I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you have to do is to follow them step by step and you are good to go! Feel free to tweak the recipe a bit to your liking. Ingredients:
⅓ c olive oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
½ c soy sauce
¼ c minced red onion
¼ c Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp sliced green onions
2 tsp chopped thyme
2 tsp chopped rosemary
1 tsp red wine vinegar
½ tsp kosher salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 steaks, (ribeye, New York strip, porterhouse, T-bone, skirt, sirloin, flank, flat iron)
Directions:
1. Add olive oil, soy sauce, red onion, honey, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, rosemary, thyme, green onions, salt, and pepper into a mixing bowl. Stir until well blended.
2. Transfer 1/4 cup of the mixture into another mixing bowl. Add red wine vinegar and stir until well blended.
3. In a large Ziplock bag, add the steak.
4. Pour the marinade into the bag with the steak. Shake the bag until the steak is well coated. Place it inside the fridge for about 30 minutes.
5. Turn the steak over and marinate the other side for another 30 minutes inside the fridge.
6. Remove the steak from the bag and use paper towels to pat them dry.
7. Pan sear the steak to your preferred doneness.
8. Let the steak rest for a few minutes on a flat surface. Cover it with foil to keep warm.
9. Pour the reserved marinade on top of the steak and spread it evenly.
10. Serve and enjoy!
