This will be the best Tater Tot Casserole you will ever have! Oh, man, you are so in for a treat. Enjoy!
1 pound lean ground beef (the leaner the better)
1/2 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
15 ounces can green beans, drained
10.75 ounces can condense cream of mushroom soup
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
2 c frozen tater tots
salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
Step 2: Apply cooking spray in a 9-inch baking dish.
Step 3: Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Step 4: Add the ground beef and cook until crumbly and brown.
Step 5: Discard any excess grease, then add the onions. Sauté for 5 minutes or until translucent.
Step 6: Add the garlic and sauté for a minute or until aromatic.
Step 7: Add the Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
Step 8: Remove from the heat and transfer the beef mixture into the greased baking dish. Spread it on the bottom.
Step 9: Spread the cream of mushroom soup on top.
Step 10: Add the green beans over the soup followed by a generous amount of cheddar cheese.
Step 11: Top everything with your tater tots.
Step 12: Place the baking dish inside the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 13: Serve hot and enjoy!
