12 chicken drumsticks, about 1 1/2 pounds
1/3 c raw honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons whole-grain Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste (about a 1/8-1/4 teaspoon each)
A small handful of fresh parsley leaves, chopped as garnish
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
Step 2: Apply cooking oil in a large baking dish.
Step 3: Use paper towels to pat dry the chicken drumsticks.
Step 4: Arrange the chicken drumsticks into the greased baking dish and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5: In a small mixing bowl, add the honey, mustard, garlic, paprika, and onion powder, then whisk until well mixed and smooth.
Step 6: Pour the sauce on top of the chicken and toss until everything is well coated.
Step 7: Place the baking dish inside the preheated oven and bake for about 35 to 40 minutes or until done. You can also use an instant-read thermometer to check the doneness. It should read 165 degrees C.
Step 8: Broil for another 3 minutes or until crispy. Make sure to get the glaze on top.
Step 9: Remove the chicken from the oven and sprinkle fresh parsley on top.
Step 10: Serve hot and enjoy!
