This incredible recipe was given to me by my dear friend, Alexa. Oh, man, you have got to give this one a try, I’m telling you! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 c butter, softened
¾ c packed light brown sugar
½ c white sugar
2 Eggs
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp almond extract
2 ½ c all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 c coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
1 c coarsely chopped white chocolate
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Add the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar into a large mixing bowl. Beat until well mixed.
Step 3: Add eggs gradually and beat every addition.
Step 4: Add almond and vanilla extracts, then stir until well blended.
Step 5: In a mixing bowl, add the flour, salt, and baking soda. Whisk until well mixed.
Step 6: Transfer the flour mixture into the egg mixture and beat until well combined.
Step 7: Add the white chocolate and macadamia nuts.
Step 8: Form patties out of the mixture and arrange them onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Step 9: Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
Step 10: Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool at room temperature.
Step 11: Serve and enjoy!
