Pork tenderloins smothered in a delicious sauce, anyone? Yeah, me too! This recipe I am sharing with you today is probably one of the best things I have ever tried in a long time! This recipe is a must-try, I’m telling you! Serve this over rice and you have yourself a meal to remember. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
Glaze:
½ c brown sugar
½ c water
¼ c balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
Pork:
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 ½ tsp ground sage
¾ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
2 (1 1/2 lb) pork tenderloins
1 tbsp olive oil, or as needed
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, add water, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, cornstarch, and soy sauce. Stir until well mixed.
2. Turn the heat to medium and allow the mixture to become thick. This will take about 5 minutes.
3. Remove the pan from the heat and allow it to cool at room temperature.
4. Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
5. Apply cooking spray on a 9×13-inch baking sheet.
6. In a mixing bowl, add the garlic, salt, pepper, and sage. Stir until well mixed.
7. Coat the pork tenderloins with the garlic mixture.
8. Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
9. Place the tenderloins into the skillet and cook each side for about 3 minutes or until brown.
10. Remove from the skillet and transfer them onto the prepared baking sheet.
11. Brush the balsamic glaze over the pork tenderloins.
12. Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
13. Brush more glaze on top, then bake for another 20 minutes or until done.
14. Remove from the oven and transfer the pork tenderloins onto a clean serving plate.
15. Drizzle more glaze on top. Let the tenderloins rest for at least 10 minutes.
16. Serve and enjoy!
