This avocado salad is super legit! A big thanks to my dear friend, Ally, for giving me the recipe to this heavenly salad! It is so refreshing. This is the perfect salad to eat after eating a greasy meal. It’s like dessert for me. By the way, I use fresh avocados for this recipe for the best flavour! Feel free to add your preferred ingredients as long as the avocado stays. I mean, this recipe is already perfect for me but give it your take. Tweak it to your preference. That is highly recommended! 3 avocado, NS as to Florida or California’s avocados – peeled, pitted, and mashed
1 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon salt
½ cup diced onion
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 plum tomato (blank)s Roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 pinch ground cayenne pepper
Step 1: In a medium mixing bowl, add the avocados, lime juice, and salt. Mash until the avocados are well mixed with the juice and salt.
Step 2: Add the cilantro, tomatoes, garlic, and onion. Stir until well mixed.
Step 3: Add the cayenne pepper and stir until well blended.
Step 4: Place inside the fridge to chill for at least 1 hour for best taste.
Step 5: Serve and enjoy!
