Ingredients:
1 (16 oz) package pound cake mix
1 Egg
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 (16 oz) can pumpkin puree
1 (14 oz) can of sweetened condensed milk
2 Eggs
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
½ tsp salt
1 c chopped walnuts
Directions:
1. Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
2. In a large mixing bowl, add egg, cake mix, and 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice. Beat until well combined.
3. Transfer the mixture into a 10×15-inch jelly roll pan and press it on the bottom.
4. In a separate mixing bowl, add cream cheese and beat until the texture becomes fluffy.
5. Add condensed milk, pumpkin puree, 2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice, 2 eggs, and salt. Beat until well mixed.
6. Spread the mixture over the crust, then top it with walnuts.
7. Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 55 minutes or until done.
8. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool completely at room temperature.
9. Place it inside the fridge to chill for a few hours.
10. Slice it into small cuts.
11. Serve and enjoy!
