German Potato Pancakes

These pancakes will surely make your day extra special! Oh, man, you have got to give this recipe a try, I’m telling you! Serve them for breakfast. You are so in for a treat! Feel free to tweak the recipe to your liking. Have a beautiful day, friends, and I hope you are all well. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

2 Eggs
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
¼ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
6 medium potatoes, peeled and shredded
½ c finely chopped onion
¼ c vegetable oil

Directions:

Step 1: Add the flour, eggs, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.

Step 2: Add the onion and potatoes. Stir until well combined.

Step 3: Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.

Step 4: Add oil and allow it to become hot.

Step 5: Drop the mixture in a spoonful into the hot oil. Press each lightly to flatten.

Step 6: Cook both sides of the pancakes for 3 minutes or until done.

Step 7: Remove from the skillet onto a clean plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.

Step 8: Serve warm and enjoy!
