Apples
- 4 Gala apples peeled, cored, and diced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Toppings
- powdered sugar
- caramel sauce
Combine diced apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix well.
Lay an egg roll wrapper in a diamond shape. Place apple filling towards the bottom third of the wrapper.
Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll into a tight log shape.
Heat oil to 350°F in a pan. Fry egg rolls in batches. Drain excess oil on a paper towel.
Dust warm egg rolls with powdered sugar and serve with caramel sauce for dipping.
