Ingredients

Apple Pie Filling

  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour

Egg Rolls

  • 6 egg roll wrappers
  • 2 cups oil for frying vegetable, canola, or peanut oil

Instructions

  • Combine diced apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix well.
  • Lay an egg roll wrapper in a diamond shape. Place apple filling on the bottom third of the wrapper. Fold and roll into a log shape, sealing with water.
