Ingredients

Broccoli Cheese Balls Mixture

  • 2 cups cooked broccoli finely chopped
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking tray.
  • Combine broccoli, breadcrumbs, eggs, cheese, onions, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Shape the mixture into balls and place them on the tray.
  • Lightly spray with olive oil and bake for 25 minutes until golden and crisp.
  • Serve hot with your favorite dip. Enjoy!

Notes

Refrigerate in an airtight container for 3 days or freeze unbaked for later use. Gluten-free option available with alternative breadcrumbs.
