Ingredients

  • Ziti noodles
  • Hot water
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 roasted red peppers
  • Olive oil
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • bay scallops
  • garlic
  • salt
  • parsley
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Blend the cream cheese until smooth.
