Ingredients

  • Russet Potatoes
  • 6 medium Russet Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tbsp Thyme dried
  • Garlic
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions
