Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pasta Any type of pasta cooked until al dente.
  • 2 jars Spaghetti Sauce Choose your favorite brand for a rich tomato flavor.
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded) Provides a gooey and cheesy topping.
  • 1 Onion (Chopped) Chopped
  • 2 Red Bell Peppers Cut into chunks for a pop of color and sweetness.
  • 1 1/2 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Cut into pieces for added protein.
  • 1 lb Italian Sausages Cut into pieces for a savory kick.
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Used for sautéing and flavor.
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning Adds classic Italian herb flavors.
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste Season the dish according to your preference.

Instructions

  • Heat the oven to 325 degrees. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, warm the olive oil.
  • Saute the sausages and chicken for 5 minutes. Add in the onion and bell pepper.
  • Saute until the meat is cooked through. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.
  • Mix the cooked meat and veggies with pasta and sauce. Transfer to a baking dish and top with cheese.

Notes
