Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts diced
  • 1 pound Italian sausage sliced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 red bell peppers chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 pound pasta cooked al dente
  • 2 cups mozzarella shredded
  • 2 jars pasta sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  • In a skillet, sauté olive oil, chicken, sausage, onion, and bell peppers seasoned with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Combine cooked pasta, meat mixture, and pasta sauce in a baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella.
  • Cover and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes to brown the cheese.

Notes
