Instructions
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Press into a pie dish and bake.
Combine sugar and cornstarch in a pan; add egg yolks, milk, and heat until thickened. Stir in vanilla and cool.
Beat egg whites, sugar, and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
Layer custard over the crust, top with meringue, sprinkle with reserved cracker mixture, and bake.
Notes
This pie can be refrigerated for up to 3 days. Cover it tightly to maintain its freshness.
