Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1 cup pecans finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup butter melted

Cheesecake Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 16 oz whipped topping divided

Assembly

  • 2 boxes cheesecake flavored pudding mix small
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 can Lucky Leaf Cherry Pie Filling
  • 1/2 cup pecans chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°. Mix vanilla wafer crumbs, finely chopped pecans, and melted butter. Press into a 9x13 inch pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and part of the whipped topping. Spread over the cooled crust.
  • Whisk together pudding mix, milk, and more whipped topping. Layer over the cream cheese filling.
  • Spread cherry pie filling over the pudding layer. Top with remaining whipped topping and chopped pecans.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set the layers and meld the flavors.

Notes
