Instructions
Thinly slice the steak, onions, garlic, ginger, and green onions.
Marinate the steak with soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, water, sesame oil, cornstarch, and oil.
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, Shaoxing wine, dark soy sauce, and water.
Sear the marinated beef, cook aromatics, add sauce, and combine all ingredients.
