Ingredients

Sirloin Steak

  • 1 lb sirloin steak thinly sliced against the grain

Vegetables

  • 2 white onions thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger minced

Sauce

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp hoisin sauce

Instructions

  • Thinly slice the steak, onions, garlic, ginger, and green onions.
  • Marinate the steak with soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, water, sesame oil, cornstarch, and oil.
  • Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, Shaoxing wine, dark soy sauce, and water.
  • Sear the marinated beef, cook aromatics, add sauce, and combine all ingredients.
