Ingredients

  • Devil's Food Cake Mix

Coconut Filling

  • 5 1/2 cups Sweetened Flaked Coconut
  • 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Confectioner's Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Chocolate Icing

  • 1 stick Butter
  • 16 oz Confectioner's Sugar
  • 7 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 cup Milk

Instructions

  • Prepare a 9×13 pan with parchment paper or non-stick spray. Bake Devil's Food Cake Mix as per instructions.
  • Mix sweetened coconut, confectioner’s sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla. Add coconut mixture on baked and cooled cake.
  • Melt butter, add cocoa powder, confectioner’s sugar, and milk. Pour over the cake once it reaches a hot fudge-like consistency.

Notes
