Ingredients

  • Ground Pork Sausage
  • Mustard Powder
  • Kosher Salt
  • 8 Eggs, Beaten
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 4 slices White Bread, Toasted and Cubed
  • 2 cups Mild Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • Optional: Broccoli

Instructions

  • Crumble and brown the ground pork sausage in a skillet. Drain any excess grease.
  • Combine mustard powder, salt, beaten eggs, and milk in a bowl.
  • Stir in the cooked sausage, bread cubes, and shredded cheese into the mixture.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
  • Preheat the oven and bake the casserole covered for 45-60 minutes, then uncovered for 30 minutes until set.
  • Cut into portions and serve hot.

Notes
