Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chopped Celery
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 tsp Sage
  • 1 tsp Poultry Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 6 cups Cornbread crumbled
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a skillet, sauté celery and onion until tender.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cornbread, broth, salt, pepper, sage, and poultry seasoning.
  • Add cooked vegetables, eggs, mix well, pour into a baking dish, and bake until golden brown.

Notes

To store leftovers, refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Freezing option available for up to 3 months. Customize by adding sausage, cranberries, or other mix-ins.
