Instructions
Drain and flake the canned salmon in a bowl.
Mix flaked salmon, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, garlic, herbs, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Shape the mixture into 4 patties.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Notes
Salmon patties can be stored uncooked in the fridge for up to 2 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months for quick meals.
