Ingredients

  • 1 Granny Smith apples chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9x5" loaf pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder.
  • In a separate bowl, combine eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Gradually fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until combined.
  • Gently fold in the chopped Granny Smith apples and optional nuts, ensuring they are evenly distributed in the batter.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
