Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9x5" loaf pan.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder.
In a separate bowl, combine eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Gradually fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until combined.
Gently fold in the chopped Granny Smith apples and optional nuts, ensuring they are evenly distributed in the batter.
