Ingredients

  • 1 medium Onion diced
  • 1.5 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 can Cream of Celery Soup
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp Poultry Seasoning
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 can Buttermilk Refrigerated Biscuits
  • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables defrosted
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Start by layering diced onion, chicken thighs, and the soup mixture in the slow cooker.
  • Pour in the chicken broth.
  • Allow the mixture to cook on high for 4 hours.
  • Add defrosted vegetables and biscuit dumplings in the last hour of cooking.
  • Once cooked, stir to combine and serve garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

To store leftovers, place them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. This dish can also be frozen for longer storage. Reheat in the microwave or oven until heated through.
