Ingredients

Ribs

  • 2 cups Beef stock

  • 2 tbsp Tomato puree/paste
  • 1 tbsp Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Gravy

  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup Cold water

Instructions

  • Begin by searing the beef short ribs in a skillet until browned on all sides.
  • Add onions, garlic, red wine, and other ingredients in a skillet for a robust flavor profile.
  • Transfer everything to the crockpot and let it simmer for 6-8 hours until tender and juicy.
