Ingredients

  • Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • Smoked Sausage cut into pieces
  • Corn small ears, cut into sections
  • Butter for basting
  • Baby Potatoes boiled until tender
  • Cajun Seasoning zesty Cajun kick
  • Tabasco Sauce to taste

Instructions

  • Boil baby potatoes in salted water until tender.
  • Thread potatoes, smoked sausage, corn, and shrimp onto skewers.
  • Heat the grill to medium-high and grease the grates. Make sauce by mixing melted butter, Tabasco sauce, and Cajun seasoning.
  • Baste the skewers with the sauce, then grill for 4-5 minutes per side, basting again when flipping.
