Ingredients

cooked elbow macaroni

white vinegar

white sugar

finely chopped bell pepper

celery seed

mayonnaise
Instructions
Heat vinegar and sugar until sugar dissolves. Let cool.
Combine macaroni and vinegar-sugar mixture in a bag. Refrigerate.
Transfer macaroni to a bowl and mix in bell pepper and celery seed.
Add mayonnaise to desired consistency.
Notes
Store leftover Deli Mac Salad covered in the fridge. Best enjoyed fresh for optimal flavor.
