Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup finely chopped bell pepper
  • 1 Tbsp celery seed
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  • Heat vinegar and sugar until sugar dissolves. Let cool.
  • Combine macaroni and vinegar-sugar mixture in a bag. Refrigerate.
  • Transfer macaroni to a bowl and mix in bell pepper and celery seed.
  • Add mayonnaise to desired consistency.

Notes

Store leftover Deli Mac Salad covered in the fridge. Best enjoyed fresh for optimal flavor.
