Ingredients

Yellow Cake Mix

  • 1 box your favorite yellow cake mix

Coconut Pecan Frosting

  • 1 container creamy and nutty flavor
  • 2/3 cup oil for moisture and texture
  • 1 cup water for mixing and consistency
  • 4 large eggs to bind the ingredients together
  • 1/2 cup pecans (finely chopped) for a crunchy texture and nutty flavor

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, oil, eggs, water, and frosting. Stir until smooth.
  • Fold in the finely chopped pecans.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes or until fully cooked.
  • While the cake is warm, melt the butter and condensed milk in a pot over medium heat. Stir until well combined. Add the chopped pecans and mix.
  • Spread the warm topping over the cake. Serve and enjoy!
