Ingredients

Pizza Dough

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Pizza Toppings

  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 zucchini sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced

Cheese

  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Prepare the pizza dough by combining flour, salt, and olive oil. Knead the dough until smooth. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  • Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Roll out the dough and spread tomato sauce over it. Add the sliced vegetables and mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Let the pizza cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve hot.
