Deviled Egg Pasta Salad

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 8 oz pasta (elbows recommended) cooked and drained

Deviled Egg Mixture

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs peeled
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp vinegar

Instructions

  • Boil pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, and seasoning.
  • Combine the pasta with the deviled egg mixture until well incorporated.
  • Chill the pasta salad and serve cold for best flavors.

Notes

Store leftover pasta salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days. Can be frozen and thawed before serving.
