Ingredients

Chocolate Chip Cookies Dough

  • Almond flour
  • 1 cup Butter (unsalted and melted)
  • 1 cup Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Xanthan gum
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Lily’s baking chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add all of the ingredients except for the Lily’s baking chips to a mixing bowl, and beat until completely combined.
  • Fold the chocolate chips into the dough.
  • Form the dough into 24 even-sized balls, and flatten slightly with your hands.
  • Place the cookies onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, and bake for 8-10 minutes until browned and cooked through.

Notes

To maintain freshness, store these cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze the cookies in a sealed bag for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven to enjoy them warm again.
