Ingredients

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Granulated White Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Yeast

Cinnamon Sugar Filling

  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Softened butter

Icing

  • 1 cup Icing sugar
  • 1-1 1/2 tbsp Water
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Warm milk, sugar, salt, and butter. Allow to cool. Add yeast and beaten egg.
  • Gradually add flour until a soft dough forms. Knead for 5 minutes.
  • Let the dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
  • Roll out the dough, spread butter, cinnamon sugar, and roll. Cut into rolls.
  • Let the rolls rise, then bake and ice. Enjoy warm

Notes

To keep cinnamon buns fresh, store in an airtight container. Freeze for longer storage.
