Ingredients

Bologna

  • 8 slices bologna

Sandwich

  • 8 slices bread
  • mayonnaise
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  • Spread mayonnaise on two slices of bread.
  • Place a slice of tomato on top of the mayo.
  • Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the tomato.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and spray it well with cooking spray.
  • Slice an X in the center of each piece of bologna, then place them in the skillet.
  • Fry the bologna for 3-4 minutes per side until caramelized.
  • Place three slices of bologna on each sandwich, top with the remaining bread, and serve.

Notes

Store Fried Bologna Sandwiches in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute or in a skillet over medium heat.
