Ingredients

  • 1 lb Gold Potatoes
  • 1/2 Onion
  • Peanut Oil for frying
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Basil

Instructions

  • Heat a layer of peanut oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chopped potatoes and onions to the skillet. Saute until browned and crispy, stirring occasionally.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
