Instructions
Heat a layer of peanut oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chopped potatoes and onions to the skillet. Saute until browned and crispy, stirring occasionally.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Drain excess oil and garnish with paprika and basil before serving.
Notes
