Ingredients

Onion

  • Onion, sliced

Sirloin Steak

  • Sirloin steak, cut into pieces

Herbs

  • Thyme, rosemary, basil
  • Olive oil

Vegetables

  • Cauliflower, asparagus, broccoli
  • Minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and prepare 6 large squares of aluminum foil.
  • Combine asparagus, cauliflower, broccoli, and onion in a bowl.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and season with salt and pepper.
  • Season the steak pieces with rosemary, basil, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Sauté the steak in olive oil until seared well. Set aside.
  • Place a portion of vegetables on each foil square and top with steak.
  • Fold the foil edges to form closed packets and bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve warm.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container and reheated in the microwave within 3 days. Do not reheat in foil. Customize proteins and veggies as desired.
