Brown the ground turkey sausage and ground turkey in a cast-iron pan until cooked.
Add onion and bell pepper; sauté until soft.
Combine tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes; simmer for 20 minutes.
Stir in uncooked macaroni, cover, and simmer for an additional 20 minutes.
Add butter, let stand briefly, then serve and enjoy!
Notes
