Instructions
Cream together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl.
Mix in well-beaten eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture.
Combine salt, baking soda, flour, oatmeal, and coconut in a separate bowl.
Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix until well combined.
Fold in nuts, chocolate chips, raisins, or dates according to your preference.
Use a cookie scoop to place dough on a baking sheet or refrigerate for slicing. Bake at 375°F for 10-12 minutes.
