Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes

  • 30 oz frozen hash browns thawed for convenience

Ground Breakfast Sausage

  • 1 lb pork sausage choose a flavorful, high-quality sausage
  • Medium Onion finely diced
  • Red Pepper diced
  • Butter
  • 10 Eggs for binding and texture
  • 1 cup Milk adds creaminess to the casserole

Seasonings

  • Marjoram, dried thyme, seasoned salt, black pepper for a well-balanced flavor profile
  • 3 cups Shredded Cheddar for gooey, cheesy goodness

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 casserole dish with nonstick spray.
  • Spread thawed hash browns in the casserole dish.
