Ingredients

  • Shredded hash brown potatoes Thawed
  • Ground breakfast sausage
  • Onion and red pepper
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Eggs and milk

  • Marjoram
  • Thyme
  • Seasoned salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 casserole dish.
  • Layer the thawed hash browns at the bottom of the casserole dish.
  • Cook the sausage with onions and red peppers until cooked through, then let it cool.
