Ingredients

Meatballs

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup parsley chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Sauce

  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 3/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup grape jelly

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Prepare the meat mixture. Combine ground pork, parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix the milk mixture. Combine milk, onion, garlic, and breadcrumbs.
  • Combine the meat and milk mixtures. Gently mix both mixtures together without overworking the meat.
  • Shape and bake the meatballs. Form meatballs, place them in a greased baking pan, then bake until crisp.
  • Prepare the sauce. Mix honey, BBQ sauce, and grape jelly, then pour it over the meatballs.
  • Bake and serve. Cover the dish with foil and bake until the meatballs reach 165°F, then serve hot.

Notes

For leftovers, store the meatballs in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a few days. Reheat them in the oven or microwave for a quick snack or meal.
