Ingredients

  • 1 butternut squash, 3 to 4 pounds
  • Kosher salt and black pepper
  • 4 Tbsp salted butter, melted
  • 1/3 c honey
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp allspice

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Step 2: Cut the butternut squash in half and remove seeds.
  • Step 3: Score the squash and place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
