Ingredients
1lbprepared pizza dough or frozen bread
1/2cupsliced pepperoni
1/2cupsliced capicola
1/2tbspItalian seasoning
1egg (beaten with 1 tbsp water)
1cupmozzarella cheese (grated)
Instructions
Grease a baking sheet and place the pizza dough or frozen bread on it. Cover with plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Roll out the dough in a rectangular shape on a floured surface.
Layer pepperoni, half of the cheese, capicola, and remaining cheese on the dough. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Roll tightly, brush with egg wash.
Place on a baking sheet, sprinkle with more seasoning and optional sesame seeds. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
