Ingredients

Sausage

  • 1 lb ground breakfast sausage

Hashbrowns

  • 1 package frozen hashbrown potatoes

Instructions

  • Using the same skillet, cook the frozen hashbrowns until lightly browned and mostly defrosted, about 8-10 minutes.
  • In a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish, layer the cooked hashbrowns, then the browned sausage, and sprinkle with cheddar cheese and green chilis.
  • Whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
