Ingredients

  • 12 Large eggs fresh
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Yellow mustard
  • 6 slices Bacon crispy
  • 1 small Onion finely minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Smoked paprika

Instructions

  • Boil eggs, cool, peel, and slice. Remove yolks into a bowl.
  • Mash yolks, fry bacon, chop onions, and mix with other wet and dry ingredients.
  • Stuff egg whites with yolk mixture, refrigerate, and serve chilled.

Notes

For a flavor twist, add celery, pickles, or herbs. These deviled eggs can be prepped in advance.
