Ingredients

Graham Cracker Crumbs

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 stick butter melted

Cheesecake Filling

  • 24 oz cream cheese 3 packages, softened
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 5 cups whipped topping thawed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Cherry Topping

  • 2 cans cherry pie filling 21 oz each

Instructions

  • Prepare the crust: Combine melted butter, sugar, and graham cracker crumbs. Press into a pan and bake.
  • Prepare the filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth, add powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping.
  • Assemble the cheesecake: Spread filling over crust and top with cherry pie filling.
  • Chill and serve: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

To store, refrigerate tightly covered. Can freeze without topping for up to 2 months
