  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder unsweetened

Chocolate Pudding

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Whipped Cream Topping

  • 1 cup heavy cream cold
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  • Build the graham cracker crust by mixing crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a springform pan and bake.
  • Prepare the fudgy cake layer by melting chocolate and butter, then adding cocoa powder. Whip eggs and fold into the batter. Bake until set.
  • Cook the chocolate pudding by whisking dry ingredients in a saucepan, then adding wet ingredients. Cook until thick, add more chocolate, and cool completely.
